Dress Code
We have some rules, but not too many.
Please observe the following rules when you visit Dun Laoghaire Golf Club. Thank you.
On the Golf Course Dress Code for Members, Guests and Visitors
- Golf shoes are compulsory, soft spikes only
- Mobile phones should be off or on silent
- Members and Visitors must check in at the Pro Shop before play
The following items of clothing are not permitted:
- Garments displaying slogans or jerseys / football shirts
- Untailored shorts (no cargo or beach-style shorts please)
- Denim jeans
- Tracksuit, leisure wear or beach wear
Clubhouse Dress Code for Members, Guests and Visitors
- Refrain from wearing garments displaying slogans or football shirts, tracksuits, beach wear, sandals or flip flops
- Headgear including headsets or earphones, hats or visors are not allowed
- Footwear worn on the golf course should not be worn beyond the locker rooms
- Knee length tailored Golf Shorts only
- Respectable jeans are permitted but should not be faded or torn
- The use of mobile phones or any electronic devices on a continual or extended basis are not permitted in any dining or hospitality area
